Hello I have two questions. One are there any credit cards that do not charge a 3% balance transfer fee. Secondly what is the best card to earn travel miles that you can actually use. Prefer Delta but open to all other carriers except Spirit.

To compensate it they offer unique perks, in case of the Delta Reserve card it is the easier access to the elite status which you can get with the Miles Boost feature, the Companion certificate and the access to the Delta Sky Club….
