You can say that 0% APR credit cards are a dime in a dozen, but the fact is that it is no longer that easy to qualify for one. With credit card reform legislation just around the corner, card issuers are beginning to expand their criteria for potential clients. Credit card companies are gradually increasing APRs, and if you do not have excellent credit history, chances are your application for a 0% credit card would be declined.

However, there are still good finds out in the market, one just needs to be more patient in searching for one. Below are some attractive 0% credit cards still up for grabs according to a consumer website.

1) Capital No Hassle Miles Rewards - This card is a mile machine. Users can earn 1 mile for every dollar purchase that is below $1,000 each month. After that, Capital will give you 2 miles per every dollar purchase. This card has no cap on miles earned and no expiry period. Capital will also not charge users for purchases made overseas. Purchases made on or before November 2010 would not be charged interest. This card has an APR of 13.9% and no annual fee.

A premium version, Capital One No Hassle Miles Ultra for Professionals, would earn users two miles per every dollar purchase.

2) Golf Magazine Rewards visa credit Card - This card was obviously created with golf enthusiasts in mind. A user will get to enjoy a 1% rebate on points for golf related purchases such as golf accessories, course use, and VIP golf experiences. Golf Magazine card also has no annual fee and charges zero for balance transfers for six months. APR rate for purchases is 12.99%.

3) Chase Freedom Credit Card - Another great card offering from Chase. Users can have a chance to earn rebates of as much as 3% on specific items such as gas, retail store purchases, and hardware supplies. At the very least a user can earn 1% cash back on all purchases with no cap on how much points he can earn. On one's first purchase, Chase will give back $50.

Depending on the Web store, one can earn as much as 20% off his online purchases using the Freedom credit card.

4) Platinum Zero secured visa credit card - This is the ultimate 0% credit card as it stays 0% forever. What's more, APR is also zilch for late payments. For qualified individuals, this is a hassle-free card, since there are no application fees, no credit and income requirements and comes with a free identity theft protection.
