Popular networking site such as Twitter, Facebook and the like have very much influenced many Americans and even other individuals around the globe. Sharing information and status updates have become their leisure pursuit that even credit points are shared with friends not dimensionally with strangers. The new networking site such as Swipely and Blippy has been the new talk among these sites.

Swipely`s debut months ago have been the new talk by many because with this site, an individual can actually share credit points online. It allows its users to grant credit points to another person including strangers. Like its competitor, Blippy is a social networking website which allows people to share acquired items, status updates and even credit points online. It is often compared to twitter but others just describe it as "the twitter for finances".

Swipely links transactions of every credit transfer to the users just like linking the credit card holder`s accounts. An alert will then be received by the user after posting a transaction and a message will also be sent to the user`s adherent. Since Swipely`s launch, it is still in test mode and continuously receiving negative criticisms which informs the public that using this kind of site exposes people to fraud and identity theft. This only means that another online crime has been discovered. Compared to the Blippy site which was in the hot seat last April because of exposing its users` full credit number, Swipely doesn`t state the actual list of dollar amount made by the user.

Badges are given out as giveaways among users who use credit and debit cards just by swiping transactions. Some of the items given away are books, coffee and movie tickets. Although Swipely`s new in the business, its founder and CEO believes that its company will continue to grow and be Blippy`s close competitor. The Swipely website considers that in the coming years, their services will be of great help to its increasing users. Nevertheless, the site continues to convince users to join their site and that it is safe and enjoyable. First time users are invited to the site without their card number being entered while testing the site`s services. But instead, they email receipts of every transaction. The founder of Swipely looks forward to expanding and joining other retailers, merchants, and other companies that would help them offer services such as purchasing benefits, special promos, and offers which suites the needs of its consumers.
