The Olympics are here and Visa is blowing it out with a special FlexPoint earning promotion for people who are approved for the FlexPerks Travel Rewards Visa Signature or the FlexPerks Business Edge Travel Rewards Visa card. These new cardholders earn an additional bonus based on the number of medals that Team USA brings home – earning up to 200 points per medal. This promotion will runs from August 1 through September 3 while the games are going on.

Every time the Team USA bring home a gold medal these new FlexPerks Travel Rewards Visa Cardholders will bank 200 FlexPoints. What about silver medals? They will earn people an extra 100 FlexPoints and bringing home a bronze metal translates into 50 FlexPoints.
