I apply for a credit card and I have not received it yet it's been almost 15days..??
  • CreditLandCom
If you are approved for a credit card, you should receive your credit card by mail within about 7-10 business days. If you do not receive your credit card, you should contact the credit card issuer directly.
  • Justin Olson
I spent 80% of my time on business trips, often fly abroad to different countries. I wonder if it is a good card to take with me while travel abroad or should I choose another?
  • CreditLandCom
This card doesn’t have foreign transaction fee, so you won’t see big fees on your statement if you make a purchase abroad. If you lose this card while on your trip, you will only need to reach Capital One’s Travel Assistance Service to get a replacement card or cash advance. The service is available round the clock.

I rented a car and had an accident and damaged the car but I didn’t buy the damage waiver offered by the rental company. Will I get covered if I paid for the car with my Capital One Platinum card?
  • Castleman_Richard
I had the same situation and the bank covered everything without any problems. Thanks god the damage wasn’t serious
  • Anna Vang
I get a credit card with $300 credit limit, how long should I wait before it can be increased?
  • CreditLandCom
The bank can increase your credit limit after you make five minimum payments in row and on time.
  • paulbrown3
I had problems with automatic payments on my previous credit card, there were some charges I didn’t authorize… Now I want to apply for Capital One Platinum card and wanted to know if anyone uses automatic payments on this card?
  • DMYLES12
I use automatic payment on my Platinum card and never had such issues. The payments are charge correctly and without delay.

What is ‘AVERAGE/Fair/Limited’ credit? What does it mean?
  • CreditLandCom
This indicates what credit you should have to qualify for this card. In other words you can qualify for this card if your credit history is less than three years or if you have defaulted on a loan in the past five years.
