Currently I have an American Express prepaid card, but I am having trouble using it for example at some restaurants, shopping malls, etc. These places, as well as others, don’t except American Express. Why is that? I was interested in the Horizon credit card but never heard of it. Is it a known and reliable credit card, is it worth getting? What are the pro’s/cons of Horizon credit cards?

Not all retailers and merchants accept American Express. Also, you need to make sure you have available funds on your prepaid card to cover the cost of the bill.

is a shopping credit card for use at The Horizon Outlet. This is a shopping credit card. You can only use it at their shopping portal so it has its limitations. But if you prefer online shopping this card may be good for you. If you use this card responsibly, you will be able to build credit history as it reports to a major credit bureau. Also, the card has 0% APR and the card issuer will approve the card without a credit check.
