Yes. You can get a companion ticket, which is called Travel Together Ticket, if you have a British Airways Visa Signature credit card. To get this ticket, you will need to spend $30,000 within the calendar year on your credit card. Once you reach this amount, you will see the ticket on your British Airways Executive Club account. Note that when you use this ticket, you will still need to pay taxes. Travel Together Tickets are good for two years.
