The Hess Visa card that was offered by Chase is no longer available to new applicants, so you won’t be able to get the card. However, you can apply for an alternative credit card that offers gas rewards. Many major banks have at least one credit card that offers additional or bigger rewards on gas purchases. Also, such card won’t tie you to a particular gas station. You will be able to earn rewards everywhere a card is accepted.
