I am a member of Miles&Smiles, but the miles from flights accumulate very slowly. I’m also member of TrueBlue and SkyMiles. I have a bunch of miles on each of the programs, but I have no idea how to combine them or redeem for one flight. I can’t collect enough for a flight on any of them. Maybe you can help?

It would if Turkish Airlines partnered with Delta and JetBlue, but unfortunately it doesn’t. Turkish Airlines is a member of Star Alliance, meaning that you can redeem earned miles on any of Star Alliance members, such as Air Canada, Asiana and United. That said – rejoice, you can earn and redeem miles easier than that. Get a travel credit card and live on easy street – the best card for such purposes is the Discover it® Miles. It lets you earn 1.5 miles per dollar and matches all the earned miles at the end of the first year. Imagine the prospects! Miles will accumulate faster from all your purchases, and whatever you earn you’ll get twice more. Besides, you can redeem earned miles for a travel credit and fly any airline.
