The LUXE Signature Merchandise Card and Vast Platinum cards are both unsecured credit cards which can be used at a particular website. These are catalogue credit cards and they cannot be used outside the site of the issuer. The Luxe card monthly maintenance fee is $20 and the monthly maintenance fee for the Vast Platinum card is $19.95.

If you want a credit card which you will be able to use everywhere, consider applying for a secured credit card. To get a card you will need to put down a security deposit. The minimum deposit is usually around $200. Your credit activity will be reported to major credit bureaus, so you will be able to build your credit and later apply for an unsecured credit card.
