The Northwest Airlines WorldPerks Visa Card was issued by US Bank but is no longer available in the Market. The reason for it was the marger between Delta and Northwest Airlines so WorldPerks card has been replaced with the Delta Skymiles Card.

If you need a card to earn miles when flying Northwest, Delta and other airlines, we cam recommend you a general travel credit card. This card has no annual and no foreign transaction fees and it also has 0% Intro APR on purchases for 15 months (when the introductory interest rate is over, the ongoing APR of 17.24% - 28.24% Variable APR will apply). Using this card, you will earn unlimited 1.5 miles on all purchases. All the miles that you've earned are matched at the end of the year (provided you are a new cardmember). So if you earn 35,000 miles, you get 70,000 miles. Earned miles can be redeemed for any airline ticket or other travel expenses.
