I’m putting in an REI application so I can get discounts at their store, but I’m also interested in getting a travel rewards card. Which one do you recommend?

Getting a travel rewards card is a great idea, especially if you are the adventurous sort who enjoys camping, rock climbing, and other outdoor activities. There are many good travel rewards credit cards; one way to decide which one to apply for is to consider if one particular card is offering a very high-value signup reward at the moment. These offers are subject to change, so if you see one that looks good to you, it’s best not to waste time. For example, certain cards will offer a signup bonus that gives you points that can be redeemed for a round-trip ticket anywhere in the continental US. Typically, you will get the reward once you’ve spent a certain amount in the first three months of having the card. This might be $300 or $5,000 – it simply depends on the particular card. Do your research and enjoy!
