I love using eBay and PayPal and was considering the PayPal Extras credit card but the APR is really high for me because I rarely pay off the cards balance each month. Can you recommend me a credit card with lower APR but with similar rewards?

You may like the Citi ThankYou® Preferred Card. The card will allow you to earn 1 point on all purchases and 2 points on dining and entertainment. The points never expire and can be redeemed for gift cards and other rewards. The card comes with 0% introductory interest rate, after that the APR will be determined based on your creditworthiness. The card does not have an annual fee.
