You can apply for a balance transfer credit card that offers 0% intro APR on balance transfers. After transferring your debt to a new card, you will have some time to pay off the card balance without paying the interest. Note that since the Hess Visa card is issued by Chase, you should avoid applying for Chase credit cards because balance transfers are not usually allowed between the same issuer credit cards.
