News: Bilt Cash Replaced Milestone Rewards Program - Credit-Land.com

Bilt started a new year with the launch of Bilt Cash, a new currency that replaced Milestone Rewards. Milestone Rewards were introduced in 2024. Bilt Rewards members received rewards for every 25,000 points earned within a calendar year. However, many Bilt Rewards members didn't find them exciting.

The new Bilt Cash is earned in addition to Bilt Points and designed to give members the richest rewards when choosing to live in Bilt's network of homes or spending in Bilt's network of merchants. Bilt Cash is earned on top of Bilt Points. Members will earn $50 in Bilt Cash every time they earn 25,000 Bilt Points. Once members hit that 25,000 Bilt Point milestone, their Bilt Cash will be immediately usable.

Bilt Cash can be spent at a variety of places and experiences within the Bilt ecosystem, including:

  • Cash off when using Mobile Checkout at local Bilt Neighborhood Restaurants
  • Hotels in Bilt's Travel Portal
  • Fitness classes
  • Home Delivery orders
  • One-time access to elite status benefits for Blue and Silver members.

Bilt Cash is redeemed for a fixed value, which means $10 in Bilt Cash is worth $10 with merchants in the Bilt network.

Bilt Points have become a valuable and flexible point currency in the industry because they can be transferred to Bilt's extensive list of external partners. Bilt Cash was created to give Bilt Rewards members real value they can feel within the Bilt ecosystem.
