Citi Premier® Card offer has expired

People who have been eyeing the Citi Premier Card may well want to delve into it again because they have just increased the signup bonus, which is now 60,000 points. This upgraded bonus gets new cardholders off to a good start. All they have to do to get the 60,000 points is spend $4,000 over the first 90 days they have the card.

For people looking to travel, they can cash the 60,000 points in for $750 in airfare when using the ThankYou Travel Center. Also it’s important to note that they won’t have any blackout dates to deal with when using this portal. They can also transfer their points to select airline loyalty programs, including TrueBlue, Virgin Atlantic Flying Club, and Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer. When transferring points there is no fee to deal with and the minimum amount of points they can transfer is 1000 points.

People can also use their points to get gift cards, and merchandise. They can also use their ThankYou Points to go shopping online at Best Buy or Amazon.

Earning triple and double points every day

With The Citi Premier Credit card, people earn triple points when using their card to book travel, whether they are buying airline tickets, getting a hotel room or paying for a rental car. But they also get triple points when using public transportation, paying for tolls, or parking their car.

They earn double points when eating out or using their card for entertainment spends, which includes movies, concerts, theme parks, sporting events, and other events. All other purchases earn then one point per dollar.

The annual fee for this card is $95.

Other perks

The Citi Premier credit card also comes along with other perks. For instance, there are no foreign transaction fees to deal with when traveling overseas.

Cardholders can also get special access to tickets to events during the year. This includes getting presale tickets and VIP packages for everything from sporting events and concerts to foodie events, and movie screenings.
