Bilt Rewards, the loyalty program that lets members earn rewards on rent payments, has launched a delivery service to connect members, property managers, and local merchants in the U.S.
The new service is called Bilt Home Delivery and is powered by GoPuff. It is available through the Bilt app and website. Bilt Home Delivery allows members to order groceries and other essentials and have them delivered right to the doorstep within 15 minutes.
Property managers and local merchants can also use the service to send deliveries to residents or customers, including welcome kits or gifts.
When using Bilt Home Delivery, members can pay with any linked card, redeem Bilt Points, or continue to earn Bilt Points on every order.
It's easy to use Bilt Home Delivery for Bilt members. To use the service, they need to open the Bilt app or log in online and navigate to "Home Delivery" from the Everyday Rewards tab. Then they can browse and select from thousands of everyday essentials there. At checkout, members can pay with a linked card (including the Bilt World Elite Mastercard®), Bilt Points or split the payment between both. After the order is placed, a delivery can arrive in as fast as 15 minutes.
For property managers and local merchants, the Home Delivery feature allows them to create custom bundles, schedule deliveries, and track engagement and strengthen resident relationships.
Bilt Home Delivery powered by GoPuff is already live in the U.S. Members can use the service to deliver essentials within minutes. In addition to Home Delivery, Bilt also introduced Neighborhood Parking with their new partner Metropolis, the largest parking network in the U.S. Bilt members can now easily find Metropolis locations close to them in the Bilt app and use Bilt Points on parking needs or earn Bilt Points every time they park at participating Metropolis locations.
