News: Visa Announced Three New Credit Card Benefits - Credit-Land.com

Visa updated their offerings to match the real-life needs of Visa credit cardholders. Most perks are aimed at Visa Infinite and Visa Signature credit card members, but owners of Visa traditional credit cards will also get some updated perks.

New Visa benefits come at no additional cost to Visa cardholders. And while new benefits are not something extraordinary, they can still provide significant value. Here's what you need to know about Visa's new suite of benefits:

- Shipt: Visa partnered with Shipt to be able to offer reduced delivery costs to cardmembers. Shipt provides same-day delivery from a variety of local stores and it is available in over 5,000 U.S. cities. The service is primarily used for grocery stores, but it is also possible to order from pet stores, drug stores, or big retailers like Target or Costco.

Visa Infinite cardholders will get up to three years of free Shipt membership and free delivery on orders over $35. Visa Signature cardmembers will get three months of free Shipt membership, then nine months of membership at 50% off, and free delivery on orders over $35. Traditional Visa cardholders will get one month of free Shipt membership, then three months of membership at 50% off, and free delivery on orders over $35.

- Sofar: The service is an opportunity to explore music in a personal way. Visa cardholders will get exclusive access to Sofa events. Thus, Visa Infinite and Signature cardmembers will have exclusive presale seven days ahead, and a free ticket with each purchase of one or more tickets to a show during the presale window. Traditional Visa cardholders will also have the same benefits, but the number of free tickets will be limited to three free tickets per year.

- Skillshare: This is a popular learning platform with thousands of courses on different subjects from design to writing, music to cooking, and more. Visa Infinite cardmembers can get free membership for three months and 30% off annual renewals. Visa Signature cardmembers can get free membership for three months and 20% off annual renewals. Traditional Visa cardholders won't have access to this benefit. Plus, the offer is open to new Skillshare members only.
