American Express doesn't publish an official spending requirement for the Centurion® Card (Black Card)*. Based on reports, personal invitations often go to people who consistently spend $250,000-$500,000+ per year on an Amex Platinum* or Business Platinum*. Business accounts sometimes need even higher annual spend. Since you've been spending at least $400k a year for several years and are now at about $80k per month, you may already be in the range where Amex could notice your profile. Still, invitations also depend on factors beyond spending, such as payment history, how long you've held your Amex account, and overall relationship with the company.
