News: Discover Just Added Best Buy To Its 5% Calendar - Credit-Land.com

Discover made a surprise addition to its 5% cash back categories this quarter, which is just in time for Black Friday and other holiday season sales.

Starting November 25 and right through December 31, 2020, cardmembers of the Discover it® Cash Back, NHL® Discover it® Credit Card, and Discover it® Student Cash Back card will earn 5% cash back at Best Buy on up to $1,500 in combined spending with other categories of the fourth quarter (Walmart.com and Target.com). As always, activation of the bonus is required and if you've already done so, there is no need to do it again - you will earn 5% back at Best Buy automatically.

With the addition of Best Buy, it'll become easier to maximize your 5% cash back earnings this quarter and earn $75 in bonus rewards. When you reach this quarter's $1,500 limit in combined spending, you will continue earning 1% cash back on category purchases, like on all other purchases.

If you do not have a Discover credit card yet, you can apply now as you still have time to get your card and start earning cash back.
