People who fly with Lufthansa Airlines may want to check out their credit card because they have just increased their signup bonus. New cardholders can now earn up to 75,000 miles. How does the bonus work? It's pretty simple once new cardholders spend $3,000 during the first three months of having their card they bank 50,000 miles, as long as it's during the first 90 days they have their new card. Then they get an extra 25,000 miles once they spend $20,000 during that first year.
This new bonus structure gets new cardholders off to a good start when it comes to points, but it is only available for a limited time so people who are interested may want to check It out sooner than later.
What about redeeming miles? Miles can be cashed in for flights as well as upgrades when flying with Lufthansa. But they can also be used on a variety of partner airlines to book flights, including Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, SWISS, and Star Alliance Airlines.

Cardholders earn double miles when buying tickets from Miles & More integrated airline partners. All other spends whether it's for a hotel or a latte earns cardholders one point per dollar.
Cardholders get an extra perk too. Once a year they get to convert miles to status miles. During this time they can convert between 5,000 and 25,000 points at a 5 to 1 ratio. What does this mean? When a cardholder converts 10,000 award miles they get 2,000 status miles.

On their anniversary every year cardholder get a pair of Lufthansa Business Lounge Vouchers, so they can chill out when traveling. Also, when traveling abroad there are no foreign transaction fees for cardholders to deal with.
New cardholders can also take advantage of a limited 0% introductory APR on balance transfers, as long as they make the transfer during the first 45 days they have the card. The 0% introductory APR lasts for 15 months. Cardholders do pay a fee on balance transfers.
