I recently closed my Belk credit card because it simply doesn’t provide enough rewards. I’m currently interested in applying for a cash back credit card that I can instead use to make my purchases. Is there one you could recommend to me?

Due to the amount of cash back cards that are available today, there are actually many cards that we could recommend to you. Many credit issuers offer a card that offers 1-2% cash back on all purchases. Although one of these cards might be good enough to suit your needs, there are even better cards that could be recommended. There are many cashback cards that offer rotating categories. Rotating categories allow you to collect a cashback bonus on purchases within a specific category and this category changes quarterly. A good card that offers rotating categories is the Discover it® Cash Back card. This card will allow you to collect 1% cash back on all purchases and 5% back on eligible purchases made during rotating categories (up to the quarterly maximum, you need to register when the new category starts to get the rewards).
