The credit card offer you were interested in has expired and is no longer available for U.S. customers. Rewards credit cards are typically geared to consumers with good to excellent credit, which typically means a FICO score of 670 or higher. But the credit score isn't the only factor considered when applying for a new line of credit. Issuers may consider your income, the age of your accounts and your behavior with active and past credit cards when deciding whether to approve your application.

As an alternative, you might want to consider the Discover it® Miles card. This no-annual-fee card also earns 1.5x miles on all purchases and comes with 15 months of 0% intro APR on purchases and balance transfers (18.24% - 28.24% Variable APR after that). As a bonus, Discover will match all the miles you earn in the first year, with no cap. In other words, you'll earn a respectable 3x miles on all purchases in the first year.

The card lets you redeem miles to cover any eligible travel purchases you make with your card, including airfare, hotel stays and more. This means you don't have to book travel through a specific portal, nor do you have to worry about blackout dates or capacity controls. From there, you can use the Discover it Miles you've earned to cover any travel bookings by turning your miles into statement credits for travel purchases made within the last 180 days. For example, to cover the cost of a $265 ticket, you would need 265,000 miles.

You can also redeem any amount of earned miles for cash as an electronic deposit to your bank account. If you want to redeem your miles toward shopping online, you can pay with miles at checkout on PayPal.

Another good option is the Citi Rewards+® Card. With the card you will earn 2x points at supermarkets and gas stations for the first $6,000 per year (then 1x points) and 1x points on everything else. Plus, as a special offer, earn a total of 5 ThankYou® Points per $1 spent on hotel, car rentals and attractions booked on through December 31, 2025.

The Citi Rewards+ card currently offers a sign-up bonus of 20,000 ThankYou points after spending $1,500 in purchases within three months of account opening.

You've got plenty of options when it comes to redeeming your points. You can redeem your ThankYou points to pay for travel or transfer them to select loyalty programs with eligible transfer partners. You can also redeem your rewards for cash, gift cards, merchandise, or charitable contributions.
