If he is a student he can apply for the Discover it® Student Cash Back credit card. To get a credit card he will need to provide his name, address, Social Security number and information regarding his enrollment in an accredited college or university. Also, he will need to provide information about his financial situation so that the issuer could ensure that he can make monthly credit card payments.
