For people with Platinum Delta SkyMiles Credit Card the limit on this cash back promotion is $500, and for the people using the Gold Delta SkyMiles Credit Card the cash back cap is $300. The cash back is delivered as a statement credit.

What about bonus miles? With the Gold Delta SkyMiles Credit Card, new cardholders can also earn 30,000 bonus miles once they use their card to pay for $1,000 in merchandise, services or travel during the first 90 days they have their card.

On the other hand, people with a new Platinum Delta SkyMiles Credit Card can earn 50,000 bonus miles once they spend $3,000 with their new card during the first 90 days they have their card.
