Cash card are quite similar to rewards cards, however in the case of cash cards one gets cash when points are redeemed unlike in the case of the reward cards where one redeems points for gifts or shopping discounts. The Chase Freedom card offers five percent cash back for purchases at the gas station or the grocery store.
