No, the ADIB Etihad Guest Visa Platinum Card is not availble for US residents. You can earn Etihad Guest Miles by enrolling their frequent flyer program (no need to apply their credit card for that). If you additionaly have a US rewards credit card you can save even more on Etihad flights and tickets.
