Does Phillips 66 credit card good for someone without credit? I want to build some credit and think of getting this card because I often buy gas at Phillips 66 and Conoco.

Such credit cards as Phillips 66 credit card are usually offered to people with established credit. Since you do not have any established credit, your chances to qualify are low. Also, this card has a pretty high interest rate, which is pretty standard for such cards. We would not recommend someone without credit history a credit card with that high APR. There are general credit cards with lower interest rate that can be a better option to a person without a credit history. You will be able to use such card at any location including at gas stations.
