You are right. There are two Mills Fleet Farm credit cards: the one is a store card and the other is a Visa card. Both cards are issued by Synchrony Bank and available for online application. However, there is only one application form for both cards. This means that you cannot choose which card to apply. You simply fill out an application and wait for the bank's decision: whether you will be given a Mills Fleet Farm Fleet Rewards Visa Card or a Mills Fleet Farm Fleet Rewards Credit Card. If you need a Visa credit card, you can apply for any regular Visa credit card that is not tied with any brand and use it anywhere.
