If you are from the US, you are unlikely to get it. It is issued only for the Taiwan residents. Currently there are no Eva Air credit cards issued for the US residents. You’d rather take a look at other travel cards, not co-branded, that lure you with high sign-up bonuses and rewards. Give special consideration to the Discover it® Miles, that not only gives you great rewards and matches them at the end of the first year (provided you are a new cardmember), but also has no annual fee and no foreign transaction fee.
