The Schools Credit Union credit cards are offered to the union members only. If you are not the union member, you won’t be able to get the card. As an alternative, you can apply for a regular credit card offered by a major bank. Since you are looking for a credit card with low interest rate, you may like the credit cards with 0% intro APRs. But note that zero introductory rate is only for a period of time and once the introductory period is over, an ongoing APR will apply. Your ongoing APR will be determined by the issuer based on your credit worthiness. However, you can still avoid interest if you pay off the card balance in full each month by the due date.
