In all honesty, I am in no position to tell you whether or not you should apply for the Palais Royal card. There are several questions I would need to ask you in order to determine whether or not it would be beneficial to you: Is there a Palais Royal in your area? How often do you shop at Palais Royal? Are you already a member of the Palais Royal loyalty program? If you would like my person opinion, I would say that the Palais Royal credit card is not worth the time of day, simply because of the fact that the card provides almost no earning benefits in addition to what you can already get by being a member of the loyalty program. You may always consider applying for a general rewards credit card according to your credit history. General rewards credit card can be used at any store, allow you to earn rewards on all purchases.
