Fuel Rewards card is accepted at Shell gas stations only. If you want to earn cash back on your gas purchases, we recommend you to apply for a regular credit card. There are a lot credit cards that give you pretty nice cash back on gas purchases. For example, you can apply for the Discover it® Cash Back card. This card gives you up to 5% cash back on fuel once a year for the whole quarter (on up to the quarterly maximum purchases in the category). You will need to activate 5% categories each time a new quarter starts in order to earn elevated rewards. All other purchases will always earn 1% cash back. Note that this card comes with no annual fee and a 0% APR promotional period (once the promo period ends, then 17.24% - 28.24% Variable APR on purchases will apply).
