News: Capital One® Spark® Miles for Business Cardholders Now Get a TSA PreCheck or Global Entry Credit - Credit-Land.com

When traveling getting through TSA fast can be a relief and a real time saver, yet getting a TSA PreCheck or Global Entry is a bit pricey, but now people with the credit card can get it for free. How does it work? As a part of their perks package Capital One is now including a $100 Global Entry and/or $85 TSA PreCheck credit.

Individuals who want to take advantage of this credit just fill out the application, and pay the fee using their Capital One® Spark® Miles for Business credit card. Once they do they will get a credit for up to $100 to cover the cost of their application. This credit can be used again after four years since cardholders will have to renew their TSA PreCheck or Global Entry application.

The ins and outs of the Capital One® Spark® Miles for Business credit card

With this credit card, people earn 2x miles on all purchases, whether they are booking travel, covering daily expenses or paying for services. They can also earn 50,000 Bonus Miles, which equals $500 in travel, simply spending $4,500 on their card during the first 3 months they have the card, and extra 150,000 bonus miles after spending $50,000 in the first 6 months of their account opening.

When it's time to redeem miles there are no blackout dates or seat restrictions to deal with when booking travel. Miles can be used toward flights, hotel rooms, and vacation packages as well as other options. Right now they have over ten travel partners, and cardholders can transfer miles to these partners to book travel too.

When traveling abroad there are no foreign transaction fees to deal with. There are also other perks that come along with this card including:

  • Auto rental damage waiver

  • Travel and emergency assistance services

  • Purchase security and extended protection

The annual fee for the Capital One® Spark® Miles for Business credit card is $95 annually, but it is waived for the first year cardholders have their new card.
