There is no need to apply for the Sam's Club credit card. Shopping credit cards usually give more rewards for in-store purchases from a particular brand and other purchases do not earn much. We would recommend you to apply for a regular credit card that will allow you to earn equal rewards on all your purchases. For example, it can be the Discover it® Miles. The card will allow you to earn unlimited 1.5x miles on all purchases and it comes with 0% Intro APR on purchases (then 18.24% - 28.24% Variable APR on purchases will apply). You will have 15 months to pay off the card balance without paying any interest. Another good feature is no annual fee.
