If you are a member of the Virgin Atlantic Flying Club, you will be able to transfer your points at a 1:1 ratio. If you are a Virgin America Elevate member, the transfer ratio is 2:1. Thus in the second case you will get 500 points for transferring 1,000 Citi ThankYou® points.

As for other credit cards points, you can transfer Membership Rewards from American Express (at a 1:1 ratio), Chase Ultimate Rewards (at a full 1:1 value).
