Unfortunately, the Mercedes-Benz credit card is no longer issued, and you can't apply for it. Only current cardholders can still use the card and earn rewards. however, there are still options for receiving points for Mercedes-Benz purchases - general rewards credit cards. These cards will reward you for any purchase made with the card, and the rewards never expire.
