No. Store cards are usually limited to one issuing store. However, if a store credit card has a Visa or Mastercard label on it, then you can use it everywhere. If you need a credit card that can be used everywhere, then look at general credit cards that are issued by major banks. There are a lot of different credit cards for any type of credit. Even if your credit is far from perfect, you can find a general credit card for you.
