You can get the Discover it® Miles credit card. It will allow you to earn 1.5x miles on all your purchases and then redeem them for flights with any airline, including Air France. The card does not have a traditional sign-up bonus. However, all miles you earn during the first year of your card membership will be matched at the end of the year (for new cardmembers only). So, basically you will earn 3 miles per dollar during your first year. There is no annual fee for the card and it does not have foreign transaction fees.
