No. Discover does not partner with any airline and does not allow to transfer miles, but still you can redeem earned miles with any airline. This is how redemption works with the Discover it® Miles. First, you buy any airline ticket using the Discover it® Miles card. When transaction appears on your Discover account, you will have 180 days to redeem your miles towards it. The redemption ratio is 1 miles = 1 penny. If you do not have enough miles to cover the full cost of the ticket, you can redeem towards a part of the cost.
