The annual percentage rate can range from 13.99% to 22.99% based on your credit history. The better your credit, the lower your interest rates. They have a reward rate of 5% when shopping there or at one of their partner stores such as buybuy Baby, Christmas Tree Shops and Harmon. All other purchases earn one percent. If you have good credit, there are many cards that can yield at least 1.5% on everything and cards that have rotating categories which can get you 5% on most things. Another thing to consider is that they inflict a minimum interest charge of $2, which means a minimal balance can cause a proportionally high interest rate. This could quickly negate any rewards.
