First of all, the Priceline credit card is issued by Barclays, which means you won't be able to perform a balance transfer. Credit card issuers do not transfer balances between credit cards they issue, even if it is a co-branded credit card. As an alternative, you can apply for a balance transfer credit card issued by a different bank. Ans secondly, balance transfers do not usually earn rewards. Currently, there's no credit card that offers rewards for balance transfers.
