You can either apply for a JetBlue credit card or for a travel rewards credit card. For example, The JetBlue Card* has no annual fee and earns 3X points on eligible JetBlue purchases, 2X points on purchases at restaurants and eligible grocery stores, and 1X points on all other purchases.

If a co-branded JetBlue credit card is not an option for you, look for travel cards that allow points transfers to JetBlue's TrueBlue loyalty program. Credit cards that offer transfers to JetBlue TrueBlue at a 1:1 ratio include Chase Ultimate Rewards® credit cards, Citi Strata cards, and Wells Fargo Autograph cards. American Express' Membership Rewards can be transferred to TrueBlue as well, where 250 Membership Rewards points will be equal to 200 TrueBlue points.

Citi credit cards that earn transferable points:

Wells Fargo credit cards that allow points transfers:

Travel rewards credit cards allow you to earn rewards on all purchases and redeem them towards travel, statement credits, gift cards, or other redemption options. The annual fees of such cards vary depending on the additional benefits they offer. Thus, if you want free lounge access, travel insurance or other travel perks, be ready to pay a high annual fee. If such benefits do not matter to you, then you can find travel credit cards with low to no annual fees.
