You will be covered in most cases as most credit card’s insurances cover up to 30 days. Just make sure Israel is not in the list of countries that are excluded from coverage. Read the fine print or contact your credit card issuer to check it out. Same with the coverage duration. The best way to know for sure you will be covered is to contact your credit card issuer. Not all credit cards come with global coverage and domestic coverage can be limited to 15 days only.
