News: A New Priority Pass Restaurant and Lounge in Washington D.C. - Credit-Land.com

Hitting the lounge for some rest and relaxation when flying can be a great perk. And now people with Priority Pass membership - or a credit card giving them Priority Pass lounge access - have two new options to check out when passing through Washington D.C.

The newest Priority Pass restaurant is the Bracket Room located at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), and a few weeks ago they also added the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse at Washington DC Dulles Intl (IAD) to their lounge line up.

Priority Pass members who head over to the Bracket Room, a sports bar at DCA, can order $28 worth of drinks and food for free. Individuals who are flying through Washington DC Dulles Intl (IAD) can chill out with free beverages, wine and beer, Wi-Fi, luggage storage and more. The Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse can be found airside between Concourses A and B.

Credit cards that get you lounge access

With the Platinum card from American Express, Ritz-Carlton Rewards credit card, Citi Prestige card (offer has expired, Citi is a Credit-Land.com advertising partner) and the Chase Sapphire Reserve credit card, people can get into Priority Pass lounges for free.

Otherwise, people can join for between $99 and $399 a year. The kind of lounge access they get depends upon the plan they opt to buy.

International Lounges launched too

In June, another restaurant was added to the Priority Pass network at Sydney Kingsford Smith International Airport (SYD). Chicken Confidential is the newest addition, and at this restaurant people get a credit of $36 AUD, which is equal to $26.50 USD, to cover the food and beverages they buy. Anything over the credit the member will have to pay.

There are other restaurants in the airport offering the same credit, including Bistro 2020 & Bar, MoVida, Bar Roma, Benny Burger, Mach2, Peroni Bar and Wok on Air. The restaurants are located in different terminals within the airport. The $36 AUD credit is available at all of these restaurants, and people can use the credits at each restaurant if they have time.

A new lounge was also opened at Lviv International (Terminal A) located in the Ukraine, offering all the usual bells and whistles that go along with spending time at a Priority Pass lounge.
