News: American Airlines Introduced AAdvantage Business Program - Credit-Land.com

We already know and love American Airlines AAdvantage loyalty program. Now, there is a loyalty program for small businesses - AAdvantage Business™.

The AAdvantage Business program will reward both eligible companies and their travelers with AAdvantage miles and additional Loyalty Points for booking business travel on aa.com or on the American Airlines app.

To register in the AAdvantage Business program, you need to have a business in the U.S. or Canada with a Federal Employer Identification Number. Once you've registered your business in the program, you can add employees to your company account and start earning miles for their eligible business travel. Please note that you must have a minimum of 5 active, registered travelers and spend $5,000 on eligible American Airlines flights over 12 consecutive months before you can use your miles and travelers can start earning additional Loyalty Points.

If you want to earn even more miles on your business travel, you can apply for the Citi® / AAdvantage Business™ World Elite Mastercard® credit card. On all eligible American Airlines purchases, new Citi® / AAdvantage Business™ World Elite Mastercard® cardmembers will earn twice the miles for their company plus the cardmember will earn an additional Loyalty Point toward their AAdvantage® status for every $1 spent on their business card. That all is in addition to the usual credit card earnings.

The previous program - Business Extra® - will be retired on December 15, 2023. If you have any Business Extra points, you must redeem them by January 31, 2024, if you do not want to lose them.
