American Express has rolled out a new transfer bonus, allowing cardholders to earn up to 30% in bonus miles when transferring their points to Virgin Atlantic, so they can book flights with the carrier. For cardholders this means that 1000 points equals 1,300 miles and 2,000 points would be 2,600 miles, and so on. This offer is only good between now and July 1, 2019.
Also, it’s important to note that people cannot end up with more 999,999 miles when they take advantage of this offer. Once cardholders make the transfer they are free to start using their miles to book flights with Virgin Atlantic.
It is important to note this offer is only available to cardholders in the United States.
