The Schools Platinum Rebate Visa credit card gives only 1% cash back on purchases. Having fair credit, you can get a credit card with a higher cash back rate. Regular credit cards, non-union cards, often give bigger rewards. The average cash back reward for people with fair credit is 1.5%.
