Unfortunately, as the WorldPerks Visa credit card is not issued since 2008 and WorldPerks loyalty program isn't available there is no way to redeem WorldPerks miles. Moreover, all the WorldPerks miles you've earned already expired, as they disappear after only a 36 months of account inactivity.
