Co-branded credit cards offer terrific bonuses to attract you, but when the limited period is over, you are left with a card that you can't really use a lot. If you aren't a big fan of Sun Country, then 2 points per dollar will be a waste for you, and 1 point on all other purchases is practically nothing compared to what you can earn in a different way. If you are after sign-up bonuses, better take a general travel credit card. They also offer bonuses, but the conditions are much more beneficial, and even the bonuses are larger. If you are not sure you are going to spend enough on travel to justify using the card, consider a universal card like the Discover it® Miles - it earns you 1.5 on all purchases - think of all you spend combined! - and matches all earned miles at the end of the first year (provided you are a new cardmember). With generous spending, that can be larger than a sign-up bonus would give you.
